Our lives haven't been TOO exciting lately, so it's hard for me to blog when something significant hasn't happened, sorry! I'm not very good at this yet.. well for starters justin has been working like crazy at the hospital and this was his last weekend off for about a month so he decided to take me on a wild adventure this afternoon. This morning I woke up to him jumping on me with the biggest smile and hugest eyes I've ever seen. He was practically yelling he was so excited. He said "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! I have an adventure planned for us! We're going to a forrest to see a really cool waterfall so wake up!" Of course I was like no way jose I'm tired let me sleep. Haha I know I'm a Debbie downer. So we packed a picnic and maizie in the car, oh by the way, did I mention we bought a new car?! A 2014 Subaru Crosstrek. Anyways back to my story.. we drove for about 45 minutes south of twin falls to Ross falls. A tiny hidden trail off of a car pull-off area. We hiked about 1/3rd of a mile before reaching the beautiful falls. (Actually maizie found it first). She was sooo excited to check it out she was ALL over the place, Mostly in the water. We took a few pictures, ate a snack, let maizie play and enjoyed the scenery. After we ventured back to the car we wanted to visit another waterfall deeper into the sawtooth mountains. We took an extremely rocky dirt road and followed it for a while, got lost at least 3 times and ended up in a small town named oakley about 2 hours later. We obviously didn't make it to the other waterfall haha. Who relies on GPS when there's no cell service?! Yea.. that would be us. But I did bring a tent and sleeping bag just in case we got stranded. Luckily we didnt. We ended the day with a picnic and some really fun memories. My husband is so sweet!

Also a little update on my pregnancy, I am 19 and a half weeks! Almost halfway there. Hard to believe right? Maybe it's just me but it has FLOWN by! The first trimester was a little tough because i was nauseous allllll the time. Ive still been sick but not near as bad as the beginning. I mostly just feel a lot of stretching and cramping (baby is growing!) And heartburn has been an issue mostly every day this week. Other than that, and not being able to breathe (im assuming im carrying high) ive been great! Baby and i are both healthy. Also, we get to find out the gender on friday! Whoop whoop! My mom and mother in law are coming with us and the doctor is only going to tell them what it is. Their going to throw us a little "gender reveal party" for us to find out. Justin didn't want to find out the gender at all so we compromised on finding out in a fun way so it was more special Than the doctor just telling us. I am so excited to finally be able to buy gender specific clothes and start thinking a little harder about baby names. (Suggestions are welcome) ;)
Cute cute cute. Thanks for sharing. Now let the drum roll begin for the next 5 days of anticipation :-)
