Meal prep for kids!

Sometimes it is so hard to figure out what to feed our kids! One day they want a million strawberries, the next day they're the devil!
So, I've put together a few days worth of meal prepping for my 2 1/2 year old.

The easiest way to do this is Pinterest search "toddler foods" and make a list of foods you know your kid likes.
The best thing I ever did was grind up chicken breast into hamburger meat and make homemade chicken nuggets out of it. Freeze them and then reheat when you need a quick easy lunch! I made a million of them so we always have healthy chicken nuggets on hand!

Putting lunches in fun containers and putting sandwhiches on shishkabobs always makes kids excited for some reason!

I try to put fruit, veggies and some protein together for each lunch.
Baked avocado fried are DELICIOUS!!! Who knew?!
Carrot cake protein pancakes recipe are in a previous blog post of mine! They are a HIT with cream cheese frosting!
Baked mac n cheese cups are SO simple and yummy! I made a big batch of homemade mac n cheese using wheat noodles and broccoli, poured them into cups, topped with cheese and baked until crispy.
Breakfast veggies and eggs are a favorite of ours as well.
Overnight oats are super good and easy to make and take on the go in the mornings!
TA DAAAAA! A few days of easy meals to save your sanity when life gets busy!

enjoy!
